Cam live women - Self consolidating

A recent code change by the Masonry Standards Joint Committee has allowed Self-Consolidating Grout (SCG) to be used in placements higher than 5 feet but lower than 12’-8” in masonry walls, without the need for external vibration.SCG allows for a complete placement through congested reinforcement. It is a pre-blended, pre-packaged, high performance, flowable, concrete material containing Portland cement, silica fume, 10 mm (3/8 inch) stone and other carefully selected admixtures.

Do not place MS-S10 SCC when ambient temperature is below 5 °C (40 °F).

Refer to ACI 306, “Guide to Cold Weather Concreting”.

The perimeter of the repair area should be saw-cut a minimum of 20 mm (¾ inch).

Clean the area to be repaired with potable water, leaving the concrete saturated but free of standing water (SSD).

• Superior plastic properties provide a fluid mix with self-consolidating characteristics without bleeding or segregation • Easily consolidated without rodding or vibrating • Air-entrainment provides superior resistance to freeze-thaw cycling and salt-scaling in the presence of de-icing salts • Excellent pumpability • Properties similar to conventional concrete, thus offering excellent compatibility with exisiting concrete • Improved resistance to sulphate attack GHS Classification Skin corrosion/irritation – Category 2; Serious eye damage/eye irritation – Category 1; Skin sensitization – Category 1; Carcinogenicity – Category 1A; Specific target organ toxicity (single exposure) – Category 3; Specific target organ toxicity (repeated exposure) – Category 1 GHS Label Elements Signal Word: Danger Hazard Statement(s): Causes skin irritation. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If skin irritation or a rash occurs, get medical advice/attention. Ingestion Never give anything by mouth if victim is rapidly losing consciousness, or is unconscious or convulsing. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell or are concerned. May cause an allergic skin reaction in some people. Immediate Medical Attention and Special Treatment Special Instructions Not applicable.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Eye Contact Immediately rinse the contaminated eye(s) with lukewarm, gently flowing water for 15-20 minutes, while holding the eyelid(s) open. Most Important Symptoms and Effects, Acute and Delayed If inhaled: can irritate the nose and throat. Extinguishing Media Suitable Extinguishing Media Not combustible.

SCG are highly fluid and stable offering increased lift heights (over conventional grouting), greater productivity, better bond to reinforced steel, and even aggregate distribution (without segregation) with no bleed water.

MS-S10 SCC is a high performance, pre-packaged, self-consolidating, concrete repair material.

Curing should begin immediately after forms are removed in accordance with ACI 308 “Guide to Curing Concrete”.

Moist curing should be conducted for a minimum period of 7 days after placement.

MS-S10 SCC is a high performance, pre-packaged, self-consolidating, concrete repair material. Precautionary Statement(s): Obtain special instructions before use. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Skin Contact Rinse with lukewarm, gently flowing water for 5 minutes. If swallowed: can irritate the mouth, throat and stomach.
